The project's primary purpose is to refurbish two (2) elevators located at the City of Concord's Parking Garage. The work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of cab panels, floor, dome, doors, sills, lighting, handrails, control interface (buttons) and panels, and floor finishes. Additive alternates for the replacement of 1st floor landing doors and frames and selective landing sills and lower fascia may also be included. Scope of work includes preparatory work, mobilization, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, attending meetings, providing required submittals and schedules, coordinating and phasing work with Public Works to minimize operational impacts to the Parking Garage for the public and all other work as specified in these General Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans
