Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Santa Cruz is seeking a vendor to furnish, deliver, install and implement a turn‐key Parking Access & Revenue Control System (PARCS). The project includes three (3) Downtown Parking Structures and a fourth location at the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. Scheduling of the four projects are dependent upon costs and funding availability. Pricing should include annual escalating costs as the projects may take as long as 3 years.
