The selected consultant or firm, working under the direction of staff from the Montebello Fire Department, shall supply and deliver a brand-new, complete, operational Emergency Response Vehicle – Paramedic Rescue Squad (Appendix A also depicts one of our current vehicles for reference with the same specs): The Scope of Services shall include, but is not limited to, performing the following tasks: 1. Vehicle • Gasoline (largest HP and Trq. Rating available for vehicle model) • 4x2 • Vinyl seats • Running boards/steps • Rear view camera in reverse • Reverse sensors • Vehicle shall be able to idle infinitely without shutting down 2. Warning devices • All Whelen dual color (red white forward facing, red amber rear facing) • lighting must meet nfpa1901 minimums for emergency vehicle lighting • Liberty 2 duo light bar (red whit forward and sides red amber facing rear) • Whelen Cencom core lighting and siren controller • 200 watt dual tone siren, grill or bumper mounted speakers • Grover Sttertone air horn system • All lighting shall be individually wired to Cencom core controller 3. Scene lighting (Whelen) • Two pole mounted LED scene lights • Two rear facing LED scene lights • Ground lighting under each body compartment and cab doors
