Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bids (hereinafter “IFB” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (hereinafter, “OCA” or “City”). OCA, on behalf ofthe San Francisco Department of Technology (hereinafter, “DT”) is seeking qualified suppliers(“Bidders”) to provide offers (“Bid”) for Palo Alto Networks products, including software as aservice, cloud-delivered security services, hardware and software, in accordance with Attachment1 (City’s Proposed Terms) and Attachment 4 (Bid Sheet).The City has approximately 65 departments, ranging from small to very large. Some departments maintain facilities located outside of the geographic limits of the City. Department of Technology (DT) shall order goods and/or services on behalf of City departments through the issuance of individual Purchase Orders and/or Task Orders which shall be released against the awarded contract(s) during the contract term.
