The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete painting of interior offices and corridors. Work includes patching, texturing, painting and clean up the 163rd Attack Wing, Bldg 2272.
Construction/contract completion time is 30 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238320. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees.
This action is being procured as a HUBZone SET-ASIDE.
Project Magnitude: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00
