The Contractor shall provide cleaning, preventative maintenance, and any necessary repair services for State-owned and any rented equipment. These services shall be performed onsite at the institution/facility. Maintenance and repairs to contractor-owned equipment shall be included in the rate specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. Cleaning and preventative maintenance to state-owned equipment will be paid at the rate specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall provide repair services as requested or necessary to keep the equipment fully operational, upon request from the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee. The Contractor shall respond to requests for repair service within 24 hours. Every effort shall be made to perform repair services during normal business hours. Repair service that is not provided during regularly scheduled maintenance visits or not covered by the Guarantee section of this Scope of Work will be paid by the State at the Contractor’s Service Rate, as specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
