Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Conduct future audits as requested/recommended & agreed to between City and Vendor during the life of the Contract. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: Working with the Department Safety Officer, Conduct an initial audit of operations & work facilities to identify potential hazards. Recommend control measures to mitigate risk. Safety Analysis: Working with the Department Safety Officer, Conduct a Job Safety Analysis per job classification to assist with the development of a Safety Training Program specific to each classification. Training Matrix: Working with the Department Safety Officer, Develop and maintain a Training Matrix that identifies employee groups, required training & refresher frequency for each group to ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide ongoing support to update/maintain the Training Matrix as required over the life of the Contract.
