Contractor shall provide mobile vaccination services for San Diego County communities to improve equity in immunization uptake across populations disproportionately affected by infectious diseases. Contractor shall achieve these equity goals through partnerships that drive community-level action. Contractor shall coordinate with trusted agencies, groups, and community organizations to facilitate and support community events by providing logistical coordination, staffing, event promotion, and vaccinations as deemed necessary by the Public Health Officer or designee. Contractor shall coordinate with schools to host schoollocated vaccination events (SLVE) and with community agencies to host vaccination events at other community locations that are convenient to the target populations, including in-home vaccinations.
