Specifications include, but are not limited to: Performing a full range of providing, maintaining and/or installing various types of signs. Such services include, but are not limited to on-site surveying and estimating, creative concepts and graphic designs, sign fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair, and/or all incidentals required to perform the work. Products to be available shall include but are not limited to; Vinyl Lettering, Wall Graphics, Floor Graphics, Imaged Glass, Electrical Signs, Regulatory Signs, Wayfinding and Directional Signage, Yard and Site Signs, Banners and Flags, Interactive Digital Signage, LED Displays and/or Metal Plaques. Contractor to provide warranty for a specified period, provide shop drawings and engineering, design, monitor, schedule inspections and testing. Work shall meet or exceed all required federal, state and local codes and regulatory standards. Contractor must be able to provide certified payroll, support documents, and other related information upon request.
