Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HIV, STD and Hepatitis Branch of Public Health Services at the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency seeks a contractor to develop and implement an evaluation plan for the Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Postexposure Prophylaxis (PEP) Initiation and Retention Initiative (PPIR). The goal of the PPIR Initiative is to support and expand PrEP and PEP navigation services for the purpose of increasing PrEP and PEP initiation and retention among individuals at perceived higher risk of new HIV infection. 3.1. Goals 3.1.1. Contractor shall develop and implement an evaluation plan for the Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Postexposure Prophylaxis (PEP) Initiation and Retention Initiative (PPIR). 3.1.2. Contractor shall provide ongoing technical assistance on an as needed basis including program staff trainings to ensure successful implementation of the evaluation plan. 3.2. Objectives 3.2.1. Contractor shall develop an evaluation plan inclusive of data collection forms, data management and reporting. 3.2.2. Updates: Contractor shall revise forms, templates and data collection systems as needed to meet federal, state or local requirements. 3.2.3. Data Collection and Reporting Systems: Contractor shall ensure that data collection and reporting systems can be updated based upon changes in federal, state or local guidance.
