The City of Bell, California, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide RFP - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES to the Bell Community Housing Authority (BCHA). The selected contractor will be responsible for providing Property Management Services. BCHA is seeking a Professional Real Estate Services Company to provide bilingual (Spanish) turn-key full-service property management services to manage the daily operations, maintenance, and incidental repairs of all BCHA residential properties. The operation and management of the City/BCHA Properties shall reflect the City’s desire to have a professional Real Estate Services Company provide a high level of service to the City while operating the City Properties in a professional and fiscally responsible manner consistent with industry standards for similar properties in the private sector.
