Provision and installation of: 2.1.1.1. One (1) lockable property gate. 2.1.1.1.1. Gate shall consist of two (2) twelve-foot galvanized steel leaves capable of being secured together. 2.1.1.2. Two (2) galvanized steel fence posts. 2.1.1.2.1. Galvanized steel posts shall have a minimum length of ten feet. 2.1.1.2.2. Galvanized steel posts shall have a minimum outside diameter of five inches. 2.1.1.2.3. Post holes shall have a minimum diameter of twelve inches. 2.1.1.2.4. Post holes shall have a minimum depth of four feet. 2.1.1.2.5. Post holes shall be filled with concrete. 2.1.2. Dig, place, set, and install new galvanized steel gate posts. 2.1.3. Gate posts shall be filled with cement or concrete. 2.1.4. Install new galvanized steel, 360-degree, swing hinges. 2.1.5. Install two (2) new galvanized steel, twelve (12) foot, lockable gate leaves. 2.1.5.1. Top height of gate leaves shall be a minimum of four (4) feet from ground level. 2.1.6. Test gates for proper operation. 2.1.7. Ensure gates properly secure together. 2.1.8. Safety shall be observed at all times.
