Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall goal of this proposal is to partner with a firm(s) or individual(s) to serve as Software Implementation project Manager for the Agency. The agency-wide software implementation process is expected to be completed within a 12 - 14 month period. The full scope of the project has not been fully defined. HACSB will be converting its housing authority property management ERP software program to a new ERP software program. HACSB is in the process of procuring the software program and anticipates a decision and award for the software within the next 60 days. Additionally, HACSB is exploring the feasibility of adding the conversion of its Administrative Functions which may include the Financial, Development, Family Self Sufficiency, Grants Management, Electronic Content Management (ECM) and Contract and Procurement ERP systems may occur as part of the initial conversion project or as a separate project in the future.
