The proposed scope of work includes the following tasks. It should be noted the Consultant may propose additional tasks as may be appropriate as part of their proposal and these tasks should be noted as such. 1. Meetings between Consultant and ALW Staff. Meeting topics shall include but not be limited to: a) kick-off meeting to confirm scope, activities, project milestones and available data b) discussion of various scoring metrics c) the ranking results and incorporation of ALW’s review and comments d) presentation of the draft Study and proposed costs e) presentation of the final study and replacement plan 2. Establish scoring criteria, methods and matrix and incorporate ALW’s comments. 3. Prioritization for each pipe segment. 4. Tabulate replacement costs for mains identified for replacement based on recent local construction costs. 5. Consultant shall prepare a draft report for ALW Staff review. The draft report shall include background information, scope of the study, a table and exhibit summarizing the replacement plan and costs. 6. Consultant shall prepare a final report for ALW Staff review. The final report shall include an executive summary, background information, scope of the study, a table ranking all the pipeline segments, and exhibit identifying the replacement plan for all pipelines, individual pipe segment replacement cost estimate, and total project cost. The Consultant shall be prepared to incorporate time for ALW to review and provide feedback on the mentioned-above tasks.
