The following is a general outline of the scope of work to develop or update the Engineering standards for Public Works and Utilities Department. The scope as presented is considered comprehensive and will be utilized to evaluate the proposals received as the baseline for comparison. The proposal should contain the cost associated with designing and preparing the following: 1. Review existing engineering standards: This task involves reviewing maps, documents, and data related to the Engineering Standards. 2. The updated existing standards based on current edition of the Standard Specification shall include: Streets, Water, Sewer, Storm drains, Lighting and other related to Public Works and Utilities. 3. Submission of plans at 60%, 90%, 100% and completed signed plans. 4. Attend meetings such as with staffs, Public Works Commission, Planning Commission, Traffic Commission, City Council, and any other meeting related to this work as needed.
