The consultant will assist the City Council in determining a process and criteria for and conducting its annual performance evaluation of the Evaluees. The consultant will obtain individual Council member input based on interviews and surveys. The consultant will also obtain input from each of the Evaluees. The consultant will facilitate a minimum of two executive sessions with City Council, one without the Evaluees and one with the Evaluees, to discuss and determine the performance evaluation framework and criteria to determine the rating of each Evaluee relative to the established criteria and to discuss future performance goals, criteria, and any changes to the evaluation process for the next 12‐month period.
