Specifications include, but are not limited to: Graphic Design services are to include 1-6 page, four color (11 x 25.5 finished product newsletter. For special reports, additional pages are required, i.e., Key Indicators of Health ( 36 pgs) and Cities and Communities Health Report ( 16 pgs). Provide DPH staff with copies (text, tables and figures) via e-mail using Adobe Professional, MS WORD/EXCEL and/or POWERPOINT software. GRAPHIC DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS Designer must follow existing format established in initial design. DPH staff is responsible for the development of the content in each survey publication however, we expect for the awarded firm to be able to provide creative input, technical assistance and advice on several aspects of publication design. Designer will also be called upon to create charts and graphs. Designer will be able to incorporate photographic and artistic elements (Royalty Free) into the publications, and should be able to edit images when needed. Designer must be able to convert materials to PDF file. Any and all new art or logo type developed for the newsletter becomes the property of the Department of Public Health.
