1. Task 1 - Development of Cohesive Visual Identity 1.1. Develop a visual identity to be used across all design work using the Port’s Brand Standards, 1.1.1. Meet with Port Project Manager (Port PM) to discuss the organization’s tourism priorities and how they might impact design prior to developing visuals. 1.1.2. Provide information for sustainable and responsible travel originating from the Port’s facilities as the visitor gateway to Seattle, Puget Sound, Washington, Alaska, and beyond. Deliverables shall be further defined under Service Directives issued under this contract and may include but not limited to: A. Visual identity plan presented to Port PM for approval. Due: As specified in each SD 2. Task 2 – Develop SEA Signage 2.1. Design advertising campaign(s) and display ads for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) that reflect Port values and promote the Port’s commitment to destination stewardship and responsible visitation which will capture the nexus of Seattle and Washington’s incredible places, people and things to visit while building visitor awareness paths for existing and new communities which have historically been under-served or under-resourced. Deliverables shall be further defined under Service Directives issued under this contract and may include but not limited to: A. Draft of ad campaign. Due: As specified in each SD B. Final suite of up to 26 large format printed signs and digital ads. Due: As specified in each SD 3. Task 3 – Open-ended Project Content Creation 3.1. With Port PM, utilize the Port’s Brand Standards and Tourism Department objectives to design content needed for advertising, communications, and promotion of the Port, Seattle, and Washington State as a destination, to be printed/displayed in international / domestic markets. This may include: 3.1.1.Developing print or digital advertisements, social media content/graphics, advertorial content. 3.1.2.Development of video and/or photography of Seattle, Washington State, or Port visitor attractions and assets. 3.1.3.Producing educational materials like PowerPoint (or other presentation platform), brochures, maps, and rack cards. 3.1.4.Producing branded content like table runners, trade booths, pull-up banners, industry items, and sponsored prizes. 3.1.5.Drafting and finalizing PowerPoint(s) (or other presentation platform) for marketing presentations to the global travel industry. 3.1.6. Updating previous creative files used by the Port. Deliverables shall be further defined under Service Directives issued under this contract and may include but not limited to: A. Content files in required sizes to be printed/displayed in international / domestic markets, as needed. Due: As directed by Port PM
