Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking to pre-qualify consultants to generate a pool of qualified professionals capable of providing a variety of consulting services in key areas in its attempt to expedite the procurement process but remain compliant with state laws. The City does not guarantee that every service identified in this pre- qualification will be required during each fiscal year. However, the City is committed to being a High Performance/Customer focused/Innovative organization, therefore, the City desires to enter into multiple agreements with Consultants that can provide advisory and/or organizational analysis, business improvement processes, research, economic development, facilitative services, and other services needed to address managerial matters. Services may entail the relationship building and problem solving skill-sets for various levels of services provided by City departments. The City desires a long- term Consultant program that instills confidence and professionalism in public service, stimulates innovation and continuous service improvements, and develops planning and problem-solving skills with both internal departments and external stakeholders. The City of Yuma desires to continuously improve the quality of City services in order to enhance organizational development efforts and maximize future achievements. Additional services performed by the selected consultants may be to provide community outreach activities for specific projects.
