Although the full scope of work shall be negotiated in the Professional Services Agreement, the Commissioning Agent will be expected to be capable of fulfilling, at a minimum the following: The Commissioning Agent will assume the role of the Commissioning Agent and provide commissioning services as required to comply with Title 24 and or Collaborative for High Performing Schools “CHPS”. The Commissioning agent shall have knowledge of and apply the following if required: o Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning o LEED Commissioning Agent shall be responsible for commissioning the following systems when applicable: 1. Electrical Systems a. Lighting Systems, lighting fixtures and Lighting Controls (daylight, occupancy, timing switches) b. On Site Renewable Solar Electric or Wind Systems c. Electrical systems consisting of switchboards, automatic transfer switches, distribution panels, 2. Mechanical Systems a. HVAC Systems including but not limited to rooftop ac units, chilled water plants, boiler/heating hot water systems, air handling systems. b. Domestic Hot Water Systems c. Energy Management Systems d. Renewable Energy Heating Systems 3. Plumbing Systems a. Flow Control Devices b. Pumping Systems c. Special Hazardous Waste Treatment Systems d. Domestic Hot Water Systems e. Graywater Systems 4. Water Reuse Systems 5. Landscape Irrigation Systems and Controls 6. Electric Power Metering Systems 7. Other Systems as directed
