The firm selected for this contract (Contract), referred to as the Consultant, will also furnish to Authority such professional and other services to complete the Work as described in this Scope of Services (SOS). The SOS (Work) includes the engineering and design of all Project elements in order to provide the Authority with a fully coordinated and complete design for the extension of the A line to Montclair. The Project includes approximately 3.3 miles of double light rail main track; tail tracks beyond the interlocking east of the Montclair platform; new LRT bridges; improvements to existing culverts; retaining walls and sound walls; embankment improvements; drainage and storm water improvements; two at-grade LRT passenger stations; modifications to existing parking lots;
