The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: protecting in place existing improvements; cold planing and/or sawcutting and excavating surface of existing asphalt concrete pavement; hauling and depositing pavement grindings and removals within the City; furnishing, spreading and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA); preparation of subgrade for HMA; providing traffic control; providing storm water pollution control; pavement striping and markings; clean-up and related work as required, to complete the work as specified by these Special Provisions, including plan exhibits, referenced standards and specifications, the Standard Plans (2021 edition) and Specifications For Public Works Construction ("Greenbook") 2021 edition, and the City Standard Requirements.
