The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) is retaining the services of a firm to provide police field vehicle accessories and installation services, on an as-needed basis, no guaranteed usage. Vehicles include, but are not limited to vans, trucks, cars and sport utility vehicles. 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED 1.1 All work shall be performed at the firm’s facility. Firm shall provide all necessary personnel and materials. 1.2 The Authority shall be responsible for transporting vehicles to/from the Firm’s facility. 1.3 The firm shall upfit specified equipment designated or approved by Authority so that it functions as per the manufacturer’s specification. The Firm shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Authority that all equipment is installed correctly.
