Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Technical Proposal is to hire a qualified consultant to work with the NJ Department of Transportation, the Palisades Interstate Parkway Commission and the Palisades Interstate Parkway Corridor Management Committee to develop and complete a corridor management plan that addresses all of the work plan requirements. Consultant shall demonstrate their experience and qualifications in preparing Corridor Management Plans (CMP's) for scenic byway projects. Consultant shall employ a diversity of specialties including facilitator, historian, land use planner, landscape architect, architect, architectural historian, traffic engineer and archeologists. Consultant shall have an experienced Landscape Architect integrally involved in the CMP. Consultant shall be willing to work closely with the Palisades Interstate Parkway Commission, the Corridor Management Committee (CMC) and the NJ Department of Transportation.
