Remove 246 SY concrete, construct 2 curb ramps, place 4 CY minor concrete sidewalk, remove existing retaining wall and replace with CT Std Plan Type 1 Wall & concrete barrier (Type 85SW), relocate 1 signal pole (lightweight concrete footing) and 1 elec. pull box, remove 3 palm trees and plant 1 palm tree, remove 98 CY roadway excavation., place 33 CY JPCP, place 55 tons HMA (Type A) & 31 CY lean base concrete, cold plane & HMA overlay 59 SY, install continental pavement marking, remove and reset concrete pavers, relocate Pier Sign and construct new spread footing (lightweight concrete), install steel ramp for temp ped. bridge, construct (2) 10" x 10" drainage inlets and 41 LF of 8" HDPE pipe, construct 3 CY minor concrete (curb & gutter), and perform associated traffic control activities, within the state right of way, on CA-1 (Pacific Coast Highway) at Colorado Ave. and Ocean Ave.; in the city of Santa Monica; all in accordance with current State specifications and standard plans, Encroachment Permits Special Provisions, and the stamped Caltrans Permit Plans.
