Company Background and Experience: 1.1. Can you provide a brief overview of your company, including your experience with biometric monitoring solutions, particularly for justice-involved populations such as juveniles in detention? 1.2. How long has your company been providing biometric monitoring systems? 1.3. What is the scale of your current deployments (e.g., number of installations, number of devices in use)? 2. Product Offering Overview: 2.1. What specific biometric monitoring devices do you offer, and what vital signs do they measure? 2.2. How does your biometric monitoring device measure vital signs in such a way that urgent and emergent health needs can be addressed in a timely manner? 2.3. What is the expected/recommended knowledge level of staff to monitor the system output, e.g. medical personnel, correctional officers, etc.? 2.4. Is the device/product wearable, fixed or a combination of both? If wearable, describe the size, weight, features. 2.5. How does the product/device handle environmental factors, such as facility layout, construction materials, etc., e.g. difficulties with cinderblock construction, Wi-Fi dead zones, etc. 3.
