Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Contractor shall produce a Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 Public Health Services Accomplishments report with professional formatting, incorporated graphical representations, and Live Well San Diego standard formatting and colors. The report shall be electronic and printable. 3.1.2. Provide coordination and management of video production to be conducted by an outside firm. 3.2. Outcomes: Contractor shall achieve the following outcomes. 3.2.1. FY 2018-19 Public Health Services Accomplishments report 3.2.1.1. Conduct project initiation meeting within three (3) business days of contract execution. 3.2.1.2. Produce draft FY 2018-19 PHS Accomplishments report within seven (7) business days from receipt of input from PHS staff. 3.2.1.2.1. Report shall be professionally formatted. 3.2.1.2.2. Report shall include graphic design. 3.2.1.2.3. Report shall be in Live Well San Diego standard formatting and colors. PHS shall provide contractor with a template. 3.2.1.3. Produce final FY 2018-19 PHS Accomplishments report within seven (7) business days of receipt of PHS staff modification to the draft report. 3.2.1.3.1. Report shall be professionally formatted. 3.2.1.3.2. Report shall include graphic design. 3.2.1.3.3. Report shall be in Live Well San Diego standard formatting and colors. PHS shall provide contractor with a template. 3.2.2. Coordinate and manage the PHS staff requirements for a video production of PHS program overview and successes according to American Public Health Association (APHA)-TV contractor. Tasks may include: 3.2.2.1. Conduct project initiation meeting within three (3) business days of contract execution. 3.2.2.2. Coordinate the one-day, up to 8-hour interview between the Public Health Officer and the APHATV contractor; 3.2.2.3. Coordinate communications between Public Health Officer and the APHA-TV contractor; 3.2.2.4. Produce draft scripts, if needed; 3.2.2.5. Review product with Public Health Officer or designee.
