5.1.1. Contractor shall provide and have in their possession all the necessary materials for blood drawing except for the following: 5.1.1.1. Sheriff’s Office will provide necessary materials for collection of oral fluid, urine and blood samples and will supply packaging and sealing materials in compliance with Crime Lab standards, including oral fluid collection tubes, blood vials, envelopes, integrity tape and labels. 5.1.2. Contractor shall provide phlebotomy and other evidence collection services to each service area as requested by the participating agencies. Services may be required at multiple County locations at the same time. 5.1.2.1. Contractor shall maintain sufficient employees in an "on-call" status to always meet the requirements. 5.1.3. Contractor shall provide coverage to perform the services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including on February 29th, 2028 (leap year). 5.1.4. Contractor shall provide a toll-free telephone number as a single point of contact for requests for service. An automatic voice-mail paging system is recommended as a first response and is subject to the time limits set forth within. 5.1.5. Contractor shall be trained specialists in the handling of evidence and the proper protocol(s) for obtaining blood and any other evidence collected.
