Specifications include, but are not limited to: District shall provide the following: • Information concerning proper procedures and protocol specific to the District. • Emergency contact information. Contractor shall provide the following: • Uniforms, equipment, site instructions, supervision, training, and other provisions needed to meet the District's pest control needs. • Proof of insurance naming the District as additional insured. • Proof personnel are bonded and have passed a pre-employment background check. • Waiver of subrogation for any losses incurred. District Holidays: Scheduling will need to occur around District holidays. District holidays include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas day. Services: Services requested for pest control to include full-service pest control service and emergency services as needed. Pest control services include all crawling pests including spiders, mice, rats, etc. Pest services include call-backs at no extra charge. De-webbing services would cost extra. A State of California Branch 2 license is required for all Pest Technician Specialists working at our properties. All materials and methods of application shall be acceptable to all regulatory agencies that have jurisdiction. For insurance purposes, hazmat and pollution shall not be excluded from your insurance policy. Workmanship/Personnel/Supervision/Safety: It is the intention of the District to require security level compatible with standard practices for an environment similar to that at the District.
