Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work with elementary age students (TK-6th Grade) in a before and/or after school program setting. Monday - Friday Work hours will range from 2:00PM-5:00PM; site dependent Potential work days to include winter, spring, and summer camps. Assist with before / after school program attendance and snack procedures Provide weekly communication to ELO-P Administrators & Site Administrators (as needed) Meet virtually on a weekly basis with ELO-P Administrators Provide regular staff training on Classroom Management and program based Curriculum Use Positive Behavioral Intervention & Supports (PBIS) to engage students in the Before/After School Program Support the Social Emotional needs of students through positive interactions & relationships. Ratios shall comply with the Extended Learning Opportunity Plan Guide issues by the California Department of Education, dated September 30, 2021 as follows: TK 10:1, K 10:1, and 1st – 6th 20:1.
