The objective is to update aging, damaged, or outdated park amenities across the City’s park system. The work includes the procurement and sale of new park amenities. This project will include multiple types of amenities, including, but not limited to, benches, trash receptacles, picnic tables, bike racks, bollards, and barbecue grills. Objectives: • Upgrade park amenities to meet current safety, ADA, and environmental standards. • Improve the appearance, usability, and resident satisfaction with the parks. • Ensure longevity and durability of new amenities with minimal maintenance requirements. • Use sustainable, vandal-resistant, and weather-resistant materials wherever possible. The selected Contractor shall: • Provide and deliver all new park amenities as specified and approved by the City. • Provide documentation verifying compliance with safety and accessibility standards. • Submit warranties, maintenance manuals, and manufacturer contact info.
