Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall review themethodology and results of the H-30 Captain job analysis conducted by DHR toensure that the work comports with current industry standards and legalrequirements. Contractor shall review the proposed plan forthe H-30 Captain examination based on the results of the job analysis andreview of the examination materials with consideration given to minimizingadverse impact. The examination plan,developed by DHR, shall include descriptions of proposed test components, andweighting and scoring criteria. Contractor shall review and approve the jobannouncement, preparation materials for each examination component, answers toquestions from candidates regarding the preparation materials, sample exercisesand sample answers for each exam component, and other materials, as required byDHR.� Contractor must review thepreparation materials for descriptions of the exercise; how the exercise willbe administered; how candidates should prepare for the exercise, including asample exercise and sample answer; and how performance on the exercise will beevaluated.
