The Consultant shall: • Provide the necessary oversight, support, and management and coordinate and participate in ongoing production system and operational support meetings. • Facilitate and participate in meetings to coordinate activities and schedules between OCTA, CSC Operations, BOS Integrator, the Toll Lane System Integrator, California Toll Operators Committee agencies, and other third parties, as applicable. • Review of CSC/BOS invoices, including recommendations for approval. • Oversee all software updates and bug fixes, including: o Participate and oversight in production software workshops, testing, and recommendations for approval, as required. o Review change request forms and recommend for approval, as required. o Oversee production releases. • Review, comment and recommend for approval of all the Contractor’s updated documentation and deliverables, including: o Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) o Quality Assurance /Quality Control plans o Staffing plans o Training and maintenance and end-user support plans and materials o Updates to all other plans
