Rational Oven A. The Contractor will furnish all labor, parts, oil, and materials needed to ensure that the Rational Oven, listed in Exhibit A, Article lll, Equipment List, remains in good operating condition. The Contractor will inspect the equipment annually by performing the following: 1. Check history for errors. 2. Update software as needed. 3. Check the door, handle, and latch, adjust if needed. 4. Check the door gasket(s) and air filter(s), replace if needed. 5. Check interior cabinet for damage or missing parts, including meat probe, lights, and sieve. 6. Check water supply hose and drain for evidence of leaks. 7. Check steam for hard water build up, evidence of leaks, exterior damage and proper function. 8. Check heating components for proper function. 9. Check the control panel for proper function and damage. 10.Check castors and wheels. 11.Visual electrical components check. 12.Replace parts as needed. 13.Inspect: Louvers, blower wheel, belts, rack lift, gaskets, door latch, door hinges, heat exchanger and elements, exhaust fans, and lights. 14.Test: Elements, contactors, heating and ignition system, draft, gas pressure, and temperature accuracy. 15.Perform blowing out burner area and clean steam lubes. Gemini Oven A. The Contractor will furnish all labor, parts, oil, and materials needed to ensure that the Gemini Oven, listed in Exhibit A, Article lll, Equipment List, remains in good operating condition. The Contractor will inspect the equipment annually by performing the following: 1. Check and adjust the concrete screw in floor. 2. Check and adjust packings in joints. 3. Check and adjust the packings in the door frame. 4. Check and adjust the packings under the door. 5. Check and adjust door lock mechanism. 6. Check and adjust lighting, including cable draining. 7. Check and adjust tension of connections. 8. Check and adjust damper function. 9. Check and adjust the belt tension. 10.Check and adjust limit positions. 11.Check and adjust water connections tightness. 12.Check and adjust solenoid valve. 13.Check and adjust cradle bearing. 14.Function check. 15.Check and adjust ambient temperature. 16.Lubricate sliding surfaces on spring-loaded hinges with heat resistance grease. 17.Clean the floor. 18.Clean window(s). 19.Clean fluorescent tubing. 20.Check and clean water filter. 21.Check and clean the fan wheel. 22.Check and clean the air fan.
