Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must create a plan that must contain including, but not limited to the following: outreach territories, timelines for contact, how to inventory need, engagement methodology, identification of basic information required for contact. Note: The CPUC has a Contract for Constant Contact. • The plan must provide draft table of contents. • End products must be in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint format. • Weekly check-in meetings must be conducted for progress and input.; The Contractor must create collaterals that will consist of one-sheets, white papers and Microsoft PowerPoint slide decks including, but not limited to the following: CPUC processes, four (4) broadband programs, fundamentals of financing, five (5) existing infrastructure accounts, federal funding opportunities (e.g. National Telecommunications and Information Administration [NTIA], Federal Communications Commission [FCC], Treasury), ISPs operational overviews (security, voice, reliability, etc.), communications dictionary, broadband data relevant to the area using CPUC data (unserved, anchor institutions, political boundaries, etc.), and sample organizational charts for various implementation models. • The collaterals must provide drafts. • End products must be in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint format. • Weekly check-in meetings must be conducted for progress and input.;
