Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking the professional services of a contractor with expertise in food service regulations and business models, multi-lingual outreach, technical assistance, and graphic design using a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. The Contractor will take the lead on developing a cohesive branded outreach campaign for food facilities and customers, distributing outreach materials, and providing technical and financial assistance. Work tasks shall include but are not necessarily limited to those items listed below.
