Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide creative design, layout, illustration, and production services as needed to produce the Quarterly Our Orange publication. Specifically, the proposer would perform one or more of the following duties: 1. Meet with Public Affairs and Information Manager and/or City designated project staff to determine the graphic needs of the publication. 2. Provide a quarterly production timeline to be approved by the City prior to the date when content for draft 1 is due. 3. Produce design, layout and graphics or illustration for Our Orange and deliver them to the City of Orange within mutually agreed upon deadlines. 4. Provide stock imagery where requested. 5. Produce necessary graphic/ layout revisions to the work identified above within set deadlines. Proof and spell check as necessary.
