The ideal Operator will be customer-focused, maintain an on-site presence at the Billie Jean King Tennis and Pickleball Center and El Dorado Tennis and Pickleball Center (collectively: Centers), enhance the public’s enjoyment of the Centers, have a collaborative and respectful working relationship with City agents, and expand play opportunities through contract classes and free play/demonstration days throughout the City. The Operator should demonstrate the ability to: • Manage a pro shop at each of the Centers. • Recommend to PRM facility improvements that addresses maintenance and safety concerns. • Recommend to PRM facility improvements that addresses maintenance and safety concerns. • Promote activities to increase participation in tennis and pickleball throughout the City. • Schedule programming of interest to the community. • Adopt technologies to optimize operational functions and customer experience. • Employ and manage instructors to teach contract class lessons at park locations around the City.
