Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operations of Grand Park;•Maintenance of Grand Park;•Housekeeping for Grand Park;•Security for Grand Park including the control of access to and the perimeter of Grand Park;•Public programming includes the publicity, promotions and marketing of events, and/or the supervision of third party programming and marketing for activities. Programming for Grand Park has to appeal to a broad spectrum of County residents and visitors. The Park operator should provide programming that is accessible and welcoming to people from a wide variety of socio-economic backgrounds. It should also implement the Park objectives of creating an active and welcoming setting for multiple activities and events.
