Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Huntington Beach Community & Library Services Department (City) is seeking proposals from highly qualified individuals or firms with a solid background in outdoor Arts and Crafts Fair planning, development, and promotion, to operate and manage the City’s Artisan Fair. This Artisan Fair is located at the “world-famous” Huntington Beach Pier Plaza. The Artisan Fair is currently held most Fridays and some weekends. The Artisan Fair should promote artistry and provide a venue for works of merit. The wares should be unique in design, hand-made by skilled artisans, and not mass-produced commercial items. In addition to qualifications, the City is asking Proposers to provide their vision on how to best provide a family friendly experience for visitors.
