The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant at Memorial County Park, which includes the Fluidyne wastewater treatment plant with a sequencing batch reactor tank and surge anoxic mix tank, supply lines, storage tanks, lift station, pump house, and effluent disinfection equipment (including chemical feed pumps, storage bins, and all accessories). Operation and maintenance of these facilities will include all necessary materials, chemicals, supplies, licensed/certified personnel, emergency response to protect public health, public notifications and communications, sampling, testing, and the generation and submission of all reports required for the operation and maintenance of domestic wastewater facilities according to all applicable State, Federal, and local regulations. All State, Federal, and local regulations reports must be prepared and transmitted to the Parks Department at least three weeks before they are due to allow for adequate review by the Department prior to submission. Repairs to wastewater treatment plant equipment and distribution systems shall comply with current industry standards and regulatory agency requirements. Services include assisting with State inspections and improvement projects. Field or virtual meetings on short notice is expected and to be conducted by the awarded Contractor.
