Ability to manage, operation and maintenance of the Golf Course, including, maintenance of the greens, driving range, and provide services and amenities related to golf course operations. Services and amenities may include, but are not limited to: • Management, operation and maintenance of a pro-shop, coffee shop, and driving range • Selling food and beverages during the hours of operation • Rent and/or repair golf related equipment • Selling golf related equipment and merchandise • Providing golf instructional services • Managing and collecting fees derived from the course’s operations • Providing and operating a junior golf program • Providing marshalling services • Providing and maintaining a fleet of golf carts
