Specifications include, but are not limited to: The PVMMD is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified individuals or firms (Contractor) to provide emergency response, construction services, and site maintenance for the PVMMD, a Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD), as outlined in the Contractor Services Agreement (Appendix A). The Contract will extend through December 31, 2025, with a PVMMD option for up to three 2-year extensions. The improvements in this SOQ are located on the PVMMD-owned and maintained parcels listed within the PVMMD for an estimated total of 94 acres. Emergency response operations may occur anywhere within the limits of the PVMMD. Winterization Contractor shall provide labor and material resources to procure, store, install, and maintain winterization materials as directed by the PVMMD Manager, including: • Plastic sheeting • Erosion control blankets • Straw rolls • Straw bales • Geosynthetics • Other winterization measures as directed by the PVMMD Manager Repairs Contractor shall provide the necessary earth grading and excavating equipment to repair slope failures and slope erosion as directed by the PVMMD Manager, including: • Grading operations, including soil removal and replacement • Installation and repair of concrete drainage structures (e.g., B-58 drainage ditch, interceptor ditches, drain inlets, etc.) Erosion Control Measures Contractor shall procure, store, install, and maintain erosion control materials as directed by the PVMMD Manager, including: • Hydroseeding • Straw bales • Erosion control blankets • Straw rolls • Silt fencing • Other erosion control measures as directed by the PVMMD Manager In addition to the on-call services listed, several scheduled maintenance items are included in this contract. The scheduled maintenance items include: • Fuel transition zones • Concrete-lined drainage ditches
