Provide intensive, highly coordinated, trauma-informed, and individualized Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) for youth placed in their FFA or STRTP homes. -Flexible integrated Treatment (FIT) Contracting Requirements: 1. Program Description: FFA/STRTPs will provide strength-based, culturally competent, flexible and integrated, child/youth-centered, family driven, effective quality mental health services. Services will include client and family (as defined by the client and not disallowed by the courts) voice and choice and be provided in collaboration with child serving systems, agencies and other individuals involved with the child/youth. Client and client defined family will have a high level of decision-making power and be encouraged to use their natural supports. Services will begin with the goal of wellness.
