Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tracy is requesting information for a modern, convenient and user-friendly payment portal for citizens to pay utility, miscellaneous receivable and permit payments. This includes underlying payment processing gateways and services. The primary goal is to maximize electronic bill presentment and electronic payment adoption by providing citizens with a multitude of payment options including, online, mobile, IVR and recurring (automatic) payments using a modern interface, mobile app or payment by phone. The secondary goal is to streamline the back-office reconciliation process, reduce the number of payment processors and resolve integration issues between ERP software and payment gateways.
