Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS 1.1. A hosted solution. This means that the City is interested in subscribing to a turnkey service that is accessed via the internet. The City is not interested in procuring software licenses, hardware to run software, and installation. 1.2. Web based solution allowing users access to and full use of the service using a variety of web browsers and versions. System is compatible with various Windows, Macintosh, Android and iOS environments. The availability of apps for mobile devices (Android, iOS, etc.) is preferred, but not required. 1.3. Describe if locally installed software is needed to access the system. 1.4. Interface should be ADA accessible and compatible with screen reader software 1.5. The system should be able to distinguish and support both in-library and remote access. Please describe the process. 1.6. The system shall operate at a high level of security using appropriate encryptions, data integrity checks and strong authentication to protect customer transcripts, names, etc. Please provide a description of your security and data retention practices. 1.7. Solution should allow for “branding” such that various web pages can display the City’s look and feel including City’s logo, solution name, colors, etc. 1.8. Solution should be able to provide transcripts of sessions emailed to customer in a timely fashion. 1.9.
