The one-time landscape cleanup service shall include all bi-weekly landscape maintenance service tasks specified within this Scope of Work and all the following additional tasks: a. Weed abatement, removal of flammable debris, and cutting of vegetation near structures. b. Clearing the entire property of overgrown vegetation, undergrowth, underbrush, stumps, dry grass, and flammable debris. c. Removal of weeds from fence lines, trimming of shrubs to safe heights, and ensuring that no dead vegetation is left near structures or pathways. d. Removal of all weeds and debris from the entire DMV property and the five (5) foot perimeter area bordering the DMV property line. e. Replenishment or application of soil, topsoil, or mulch where needed. f. Backfilling and filling in holes and eroded/thin areas with dirt, soil, or topsoil to bring back to a proper grade.
