Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide motel room rentals to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein: This is an multiple-provider, on-call, as needed, daily rate service contract for motel room rentals to house Caltrans employees, brought into the Kyburz area in the Sunrise Region of District 03, County of El Dorado, for snow removal, storms, emergencies, and other work-related activities, such as tree, electrical, and stormwater services. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3. The services shall be performed in the Kyburz area in the Sunrise Region of District 03, County of El Dorado.
