Hub Services (Comprehensive Care): - Comprehensive behavioral health services - HIV care and treatment - Crisis intervention - Substance use disorder treatment - Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment - Withdrawal management programs 2. Spoke Services (Community-Based): - Outpatient care - Routine health services - Referrals to specialized providers (housing, food resources, etc.) 3. Program Administration: 1.
