The selected Contractor is expected to deliver a fully integrated system that accomplishes the scope of work outlined within the following sections. The system must be intuitive and accessible to all users, offering multiple payment options. The mobile platform should support both account-based and guest transactions. Pay stations must be durable and capable of accepting multiple forms of payment, including cash/coins, credit/debit cards, and contactless options. Additionally, the system should integrate seamlessly with the parking enforcement operations and the City’s existing permitting systems. The Contractor is responsible for parking enforcement operations and associated marketing and public outreach related to enforcement rules and regulations. User and parking data must not be sold or shared with third parties without the City’s prior written consent.
